WebQuests: zunal.com offers what looks to be a great FREE resource for creating new Webquests. WebQuests are a collaborative learning tool that can be used in all subject areas. They can be very engaging and when properly constructed offer students a great inquiry based lesson. Not in the creating mood? Zunal has an extensive library of existing Webquest, sorted by subject and grade level as well as a search option for those in a rush.



ePortfolios: are online programs that allow users to showcase their work, sort of a 21st Century digital resume with lots of options (video, pictures and more) . Students have been increasingly using them to apply for college admissions, and K-12 institutions Each year more and more schools are using ePortfolios to showcase their students work. Zunal ePortfolios are somewhat unusual in that they offer a FREE, simple to use program with unlimited storage. I yet to see another web provider with all three ingredients. Check it out for yourself!
